You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement
a) in all cases where a demonstrable fault sold the wrong products or poor quality and faulty (wrong in taking the order, the pricing, the shipping, damaged in transit or poor packaging) and
b) in all cases where there was a problem / real defect in the product.
In any case, for all the above cases the maximum time for replacement back may not be extended beyond the twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Moreover, for all cases will be the product for replacement needed to be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
In all these cases to replace-repair products must be in the state received from the client, complete and without damage and the packaging is that which normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition with all papers that accompanied the product (eg Retail reciept etc.).
